And here are 3 one-step tricks for getting longer lashes:
Lash Tip # 1:
Apply castor oil using a clean mascara wand. Make it part of your nightly ritual, just after you’ve washed your face and applied your night cream. It may take a few weeks, but this wonder oil will keep your fine hairs from breaking and help them grow thicker and longer. Did we mention it’s cheap?
Lash Tip # 2:
Put a small amount of Vaseline on to a q-tip. Brush onto eyelashes as you would mascara before bed. Wash off in the morning and your lashes will feel smooth, conditioned, and clean. It will also make your growing lashes to be stronger, longer and healthier!
Lash Tip # 3:
Dip a Q-Tip in Baby Oil and Rub the Baby-Oil-soaked Q-tip around the base of your Eyelashes. After applying the product to the base of your Eyelashes, apply the Baby Oil to the actual lash with Q-tip. Be sure to completely cover your eyelashes.

Some of those I didn’t know %) Thank you so much. I love those oils on my lashes, but not Petroleum jelly!.. Come on it’s purely chemical. If to talk about anything except castor oil and other oils, I would name Cherish Lash. It’s really helpful and you would love its effect too. I shall share this informative article
Try a half travel bottle (new and clean) of castor oil, 2 TBSP pure aloe vera gel, and poke a hole in 2 capsules of Vitamin E oil and mix together. Use a clean mascara wand or a Q-Tip to apply to the base of your lashes and your entire lashes, if you use the Q-Tip. You will notice a difference in your lashes fairly quickly because they will be moisturized. You will notice the growth within 3-4 weeks. You can use it on your eyebrows too! Mine have changed and grown immensely!
I love your lash tip #2 to condition with Vaseline at night and it will result in a more pronounced, stronger and longer lash! It’s things like that, that make me want to take a beauty course and create amazing ideas like this. Thanks for your great article to help all of us, not just the mums with no time. Thanks!
Do you rinse these serums off after a certain amount of time? Will try first serum but defs not Vaseline. It’s Petrolium jelly= petrol HELLO? Not something you should put near your eyes!
The first lash recipe really worked for me. I’ve notice my eyelashes has grown longer in less than a month!
Wow – this is fantastic news! Thank you for your comment xx
Do you rinse it off after a while? Because otherwise your eyelashes would be sticky
It really works but you have to do it every night for about 3 months it does wonders
Has anyone tried any of these?
I have tried lash tip number 2. It has worked for me.
That’s great to hear! Thanks for the feedback!
Great ideas!
Really useful for me
I would rather try a lash serum!
Has anyone tried these with success? I’m super skeptical
Some interesting ideas!
Thanks for letting me know about Careprost. Googled it – Good reviews and the price is affordable.
great ideas!
Lash serums really work – a cheap one that you can apply every nite with a thin brush is Careprost. After 5-6 weeks I can get my lashes to touch my eyebrows, they look thicker and darker also.
That is a great at home treatment.
Simplest methods are the ones using Vaseline and baby oil with easy to find items.
Guys Vaseline is not good for you… Your eyelashes may grow but they will be prone to breakage and may cause harm to your eyes
How do these work? wow!
What perfect skin!
Yahoo! Great tips I’ll be using from now on!
She has lovely brown eyes.

i’ve heard about the vaseline one – hoping it works!
great tips!
I’ll be keeping in mind that vaseline tip. Thanks BWA
OMG! I have short eyelashes and a lot of the eyelash serums out there are really expensive.
just applying coconut oil to my lashes before bed was enough for me.. It has done wonders!
Interesting.. I’m always a bit cynical about miracle treatments, but these seem practical enough to be real. I’ll try at least one.
I used to use an old clean mascara bottle with caster oil and put it on my lashes each night, i got slack and stopped but this has reminded me to get back into it!
Interesting! I have heard about the castor oil eyelashes treatment and will give it a go for sure. Thanks.
