2. Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
Blueberries are the best thing to include in your breakfast smoothie, mostly because they are delicious but also because they have properties that assist with weight loss thanks to their high levels of antioxidants. This smoothie only has about 136 calories.
Recipe:
1/2 a large banana
1/3 cup of soy protein
1/2 tablespoon of flaxseed oil
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 tablespoon of apple juice concentrate or honey
1 teaspoon of psyllium seed husks
8 mls of water
Pop all the ingredients into your blender, and blend until mostly smooth.

Is flaxseed oil easy to find? I don’t recall ever seeing it in a supermarket.
