3. Avocado Surprise Smoothie
An avocado surprise that is mango-delicious! The avocado is a healthy kind of fat and energy source and gives a really creamy texture to a mango smoothie.
Recipe:
1/4 cup of cubed mango
1/4 cup of ripe avocado, mashed
1/2 cup of mango juice
1/4 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
6 ice cubes
Pop in blender and blend until smooth.
