5. Spinach Raspberry Smoothie
Another weight loss-assisting smoothie! (#YAY) It’s packed full of nutrients and goodness.
Recipe:
1 banana
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 cup of orange juice
1 container of non-fat strawberry yogurt
8 baby carrots Handful fresh spinach
2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup of dry oatmeal
12 ice cubes
Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
